Seems like Monopoly is joining in on the Social Media Revolution with their own Social Media Edition. It has not been official yet but it seems like it is a very nice design and overall look. I can’t wait to get my copy cause I don’t care what look the game has you can still get beat the same way in every version and that is when you have No money left… ha ha

In this unofficial edition of Monopoly, the traditional jail is replaced with a “Just Visiting” MySpace () holding cell, and a cross-board Cyperpolice space which instructs players to, “Go to Myspace. Go Directly to Myspace. Do not pass Wi-Fi. Do not collect $200.”

The savvy social media user will recognize both popular and niche sites highlighted in spaces across the board. Facebook () and Twitter () are the priciest social properties, comprising the spaces generally known as Boardwalk and Park Place. YouTube (), Vimeo (), Metacafe, Foursquare () and Gowalla () also come with hefty price tags, but LinkedIn (), Digg () and Reddit () are priced a bit more economically.

The Technorati and Mashable-themed cards are a spirited set of game instruction cards that make the social media side of the game really come alive. One Mashable card reads, “You’ve unlocked the ’stalker’ badge on Foursquare, collect $100.” Another Technorati card laments, “Your video has become MySpace video of the week. No one cares. Don’t do anything.”

There’s no word on whether Bite readers have printed out the board and the cards to play offline. But, Gibson confirms the Social Media Monopoly game is making the rounds inside the office. “We’ve cut them out and played at the office … Wouldn’t you want to play?” asked Gibson.

Well it’s been awhile since I’ve posted my work and this summer I am working on something really great, so I figure it would be stingy of me not to share with you all. I am working on Alter-Ego type photo shoots with a twist of Graphics. I am transforming folks into images that reflect their beyond personalities and so I hit up DJ Alizay 93.9 WKYS And Other More and Asked if he can join in and Of course he said yes. I work with alot of great celebrities and such but I really am a fan of DJ Alizay Work and wanted to showcase his Super hero size sort of speak, so I transformed him into a Super hero. Take a Look. I am really getting sick and tired of all this miss-communication these days about how 2 get into a magazine and how photographers misinterpret the Modeling industry with these crazy magazine pitches, so earlier I shared my thoughts on the subject VIA Twitter and It has received a few Positive responses so here is my recap for reference cause it’s really important for Models and Future models to learn and gain knowledge about this subject.

Here are a few of my Tips.

1. U never and I Repeat Never Should have 2 Pay 2 get into a Magazine.

2. Most Magazines and I mean Creditable Ones have their own photographers who work with them exclusively Or outsource them and you can contact them to verify this information directly.

3. If a Photographer Don’t even have a website by Now. What Magazine do U think he would work for? I mean seriously. Just do your research.

4. Models Stop Listening 2 These Bums who Say They Shoot for Magazines,  Just Submit Yourself.

5.  Most magazine you can just simply call and ask them for an interview and if they have a submission policy or open house they will give you the information.

6. Most of the time you can tell by Looking at Photographers work to see if the photos are magazine quality then ask yourself if it’s worth the time or investment.

7. Please note that Blogs or unprofessional looking website are not magazines. Please not that real magazines have press kits, Distribution and license to operate in certain states, also make sure you read and research the magazine to find out if they have advertisements, writing errors, because if they don’t have ads or correct grammar, then most likely they are not real publication

This is just a little information I put together for Reference and these are my friendly tips from being in the industry. Models And Future Models please do your research and I wish you the best.
